Our Pursuit Webinars will train your entire sales team on the various sales tools that are included in Pursuit and how to use them effectively during sales calls. Webinars are live online training sessions taught by our experienced trainers, 6 full hours divided into 3 separate 2-hour training segments.

 

Since our Webinars are dedicated to only one client at a time, you are free to discuss any issues with our trainer that affect your business. All you need is a computer hooked up to the internet (for multiple attendees a conference room with larger display works better) and a speakerphone.

How Our Webinars Work

During the web seminar, you will see our training screen appear on your monitor. The web seminar utilizes 'application sharing' which basically means as our trainer goes through the Pursuit software you will see on your screen the same Pursuit software that we are running on our computers at Z-Micro Technologies, and you will listen to the trainer and ask questions through your speakerphone.

Each Webinar registration allows one computer and one phone call from your company to join in our web seminar; however you are free to have as many employees attend as you wish at no additional cost.

Our Webinars are typically divided into 3  2-hour segments (this may vary based on your needs)

 

Installation  Setup  Prospect Tracking	Whether as a standalone application or integrated with Alarm, proper setup of the Pursuit software is essential for gaining the most benefit for your company. This segment reviews all setup procedures, defaults, customizable areas, and security procedures (including restricting sales rep access to only their prospects/proposals). Also included are integration procedures with Alarm, and Prospect record creating including sales rep call tracking and proper demographic tagging.
Proposal Writing   Contract Writing	Learn the various features available for generating proposals and contracts including customized options, price overrides, pricing with or without labor, word processor functions, printing options, spell checking, integration with inventory, terms and conditions concerns, color options, how to fax or email a proposal, using master proposal templates to easily create new proposals, and how to include graphic images and PDF documents with your printed proposals.
Inquiry Reporting	This last segment will cover all aspects of reporting in Pursuit including salesrep performance evaluation for management, demographic statistics, job costing, pick lists for distributor purchasing, ODBC usage for external custom reports, various import/export utilities, and options when converting a proposal into an invoice within Alarm.
