• Contract Writer
  Why generate just the proposal when you can include the entire contract as well? Pursuit now includes the ability to create 'master' contracts (as many as you need) and select which contract you wish to attach to a proposal to complete the entire presentation to your client. This is no ordinary contract writer however - using Pursuit's built-in prospect and proposal database, you can merge pertinent information about the prospect and job into any section of the contract for a truly customized presentation!
• Spell Checker
  Pursuit 7 now incorporates a spell checker to ensure the text on your proposals are spelled correctly each time.
• Optional Items
  Do you want to present your clients with additional add-ons that are not part of the initial proposal? Pursuit's new Optional Items section lets you advertise additional products that can benefit your clients, including detailed descriptions and photos. Increase your sales by cross-selling additional items with this popular new feature.
• Unlimited PDF Attachments
  Have you ever wasted time putting together a sales presentation and couldn't find or you ran out of important brochures, data sheets and other sales materials, not to mention the time it takes to gather all of this information together? With Pursuit 7, your entire presentation is included when you click on Print. Simply download PDF versions of sales materials from your manufacturers' websites, attach it to Pursuits' inventory for each appropriate item, and you're all set. Next time you include an item on your proposal that has associated sales materials, it will be printed automatically along with your proposal. It's that simple and imagine the time you will save!
• Multi-Level Inventory Pricing
  Select from several pricing levels per item when creating a proposal. Integrates with the Alarm and Service Express inventory database.
• GoogleMaps Link
  Instantly map the location AND directions to a prospect with our new 'Map' button.
• Service Ticket Creation in Alarm and Service Express
  Your client has signed on the dotted line, and now you need to setup an installation ticket for your technicians. With Pursuit 7, it's as easy as one click. When integrated with Alarm or Service Express, Pursuit 7 creates a service ticket and even lets you schedule the date of installation.
• Redesigned Appointment Calendar
  Pursuit 7 will now have the same calendar interface as found in Alarm 2004 / Service Express 2004. This new design allows more extensive views and navigation through your appointment records.
• Multi-Select Inventory
  Now you can select which field to use by default in order to identify inventory items, including a new sub-category field to help identify items per job type.
• Favorite Inventory Selection
  Have thousands of parts in your inventory list, but only use a handful of items on most jobs? With Pursuit 7's 'favorites' list, you can easily tag which inventory items are used most frequently and limit your search to just those items. Makes your proposal creation process more time efficient.
• Export Prospects, Inventory and Proposed Equipment Lists To Excel
  With built-in XML support, Pursuit 7 can export these lists to an XML file which is easily imported into an Excel spreadsheet.
