Alarm Enteprise Edition

with up-to-the-minute display of all open service
orders and installation orders scheduled for today.
The Service Board is perfectly suited for display
on a large wide-screen
monitor mounted on a wall (ie: 42" or larger
flat panel) and is easily viewed within a large
room.
In addition,
the Service
Board
can run on any PC monitor, in any local or remote
location, making the Service Board ideal for keeping
staff members, technicians, and management up to
date with the latest service schedules. Any new
services scheduled within Alarm Enterprise Edition
are updated to the Service Board within seconds.
The Service Board also displays two additional
scrolling sections. Service tickets that have been
entered into Alarm but have not yet been scheduled
are displayed in their own scrolling area. In addition,
a scrolling 'message center' contains a crawl along
the bottom of the display for any messages which
should be seen by technicians and management. Messages
are easily entered in the Service Board configuration
screen.
