Those clients without technical support contracts can still receive technical
support via the following options:

  • Online Discussion Board
    An online user forum where questions relating to our software, as well as general questions within the alarm industry, are posted and discussed. Also includes a fully searchable KnowledgeBase of questions and answers. Registration is required to post questions, but is free of charge.
  • Fax Support
